The Pivotal Artists are a group of creative people in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand;  some are 'pure' artists, others are 'pure' craftists, many embrace both.  The Pivotalists recently held an exhibition called Revamped Relics, in Tauranga.  Revamped Relics had a theme, which was to upcycle old and unloved items into new beauty.
